Vesna Milivojević joined Malmö FF from IFK Norrköping ahead of the 2026 season. Her football career began at Bankstown City, a club from her hometown of Sydney. Using Western Sydney Wanderers in the Australian top league as a springboard, she then moved to Europe to play for Serbian powerhouse Spartak Subotica.
During her time in Serbia, she became a league champion and represented the team in the UEFA Women’s Champions League. After a spell with Borussia Bocholt in Germany, she returned to Australia, signing with Canberra United. It was from there that she was recruited to IFK Norrköping ahead of the 2024 season.
During her first two years in the OBOS Damallsvenskan, she distinguished herself as a hard-working player with strong attacking qualities, which also helped establish her as a national team player.
Vesna Milivojević was born and raised in Australia but has Serbian parents, and when the opportunity to play international football came, she chose to represent Serbia. She started every match in this year’s edition of the Nations League, where Serbia won their group and qualified for the tournament’s A division.
