Stefano Vecchia

Stefano Vecchia began playing football at the age of 5 with Vasalunds IF but quickly moved to Brommapojkarna. In 2015, he had his breakthrough in Superettan, and two years later, he was signed by IK Sirius. During the 2020 season, Vecchia finished fourth in the Allsvenskan points rankings (a combination of goals and assists). Over his time at IK Sirius, he scored 23 goals and provided 14 assists in 80 competitive matches. His performances attracted attention, and in 2021, he moved to Åge Hareide’s Rosenborg BK. At Rosenborg, Vecchia continued to impress, scoring 23 goals over two seasons.

In March 2023, he signed a contract with Malmö FF, and in his first year with the club, he scored 8 goals and provided 2 assists.
