Salifou Soumah

Salifou Soumah grew up in Guinea Conakry and played for clubs including AS Kaloum. He received part of his football education at the Moroccan academy Premier Art before continuing his career in France with Le Havre. Over the past two seasons, he has played for Zira FK in Azerbaijan. With twelve goals and seven assists in 34 matches, he was a key player as the team finished second in the league last season.

Soumah is a left-footed winger who primarily operates on the right flank. His main strengths lie in the attacking phase of the game, with explosiveness, one-on-one skill, and versatility when it comes to creating scoring opportunities. He is capable of playing from multiple positions and performs well in both tight and open spaces.

At the age of 19, he made his debut for Guinea’s U23 national team and has earned five caps at that level.

In July 2025, Soumah signed for Malmö FF.
