Red Star Belgrade
Andrej Djuric grew up in the Serbian capital Belgrade, and the right-footed centre-back received his football education at Red Star Belgrade.
Andrej displayed both talent and leadership qualities early on in Red Star’s youth teams. Entrusted with the captaincy for both the U17 and U19 sides, he stood out for his physicality and game understanding. To gain valuable senior experience, Andrej was loaned out at the age of 18 to Grafičar Beograd, a partner club of Red Star competing in the Serbian second division. A year later, he moved to Slovenia and NK Domžale, quickly establishing himself as a regular starter for a side that finished fourth in the league.
Despite his young age, Andrej Djuric has already accumulated experience from playing in Serbia, Slovenia, and Slovakia, as well as competing in European matches in the UEFA Conference League. The 21-year-old has become Serbian champion twice and has won the Serbian Cup on two occasions.
His performances earned him a spot in Serbia’s U21 national team, but two years ago Andrej chose to switch his international allegiance to Montenegro. He played every minute of Montenegro’s qualifying campaign for the previous year’s European Championship.
In July 2025, Andrej Djuric signed for Malmö FF.
