Elin Björklund

At the age of 13, Elin Björklund began playing senior football in her hometown club IFK Trelleborg. In 2013, she continued her career at LdB FC Malmö (today FC Rosengård), where she made her debut in Damallsvenskan and played in the UEFA Women’s Champions League during her first season.

Two years later, she moved to LB07 and helped the club secure promotion to Damallsvenskan from Elitettan. During her years in Damallsvenskan, she became an established player in the starting lineup. When the club disbanded its women’s team at the end of 2019, Björklund chose to continue her career in Division 4 with Malmö FF.

Since then, Björklund has been part of our journey from Division 4 to Damallsvenskan.

She also has experience with the Swedish U17 and U19 national teams.
